Machines, designed by BEAB E&S are normally of unique design, custom made for special purposes in different sectors of the heavy industry.
According to the definition of the project we offer complete engineering included all project phases and / or the modification and optimization of your conceptual design.
The products and installations designed by BEAB E&S are to be made using the manufacturing capacity of our mother company GMW-Praemab GmbH & Co. KG.
At the workshops of our group the manufacturing process is carried out with a hight production depth, a complete quality control and using a hight flexible manufacturing planning system. Because of the close cooperation we have fast and effective intervention possibilities in case of a design change or adjustment of a ongoing project. The milestones of the manufacturing process are frequently checked by the BEAB E&S project management.
Together with our manufacturing partners we carry out a optimization of the product regarding manufacturing costs, lead time and suitable and available manufacturing technologies.
